From start to finish this was a seamless experience working with professionals that clearly knew what they were doing. I predominantly worked with Joni (who was fantastic), and also with Chuck. Both were excellent and timely in their responses, and because I live in a remote area they even offered to do a site visit to ensure all would be well with the delivery of a 20 foot shipping container.The gentleman who did the actual delivery, was a real pro and knew exactly how to position the container in the exact spot that I needed.Clearly there’s a lot of competition in this industry, but if you want to have a confident experience with a team of professionals that really look after you (and at competitive pricing) this is the team you should call. - 5/19/2025

We have purchased two different containers from Healdworks INC. After trying unsuccessfully to do business with Denco & J Storage Containers, we switched to Healdworks. They have excellent customer service, excellent communication skills and excellent containers. We worked with Joni throughout the process of purchasing & delivery. The purchase of our 1 trip container was outstanding start to finish. The salesman we worked with was knowledgeable and very friendly. This was actually our second visit. After he provided a quote the first time around, we decided to wait. The second time around he showed us a few containers we were interested in. The one we selected looked like it just came of the production line. The purchase process was quick and easy. We also met the owner. He was more than willing to answer questions about the container, purchase and the delivery process. It turns out that the delivery ended up being scheduled quicker then we thought, which worked out well. The delivery driver was outstanding. He made sure of the placement of the container before starting the unloading process. The actually delivery process took about 10 minutes from the time he arrived to the container being placed. Our salesman called 2 days later to make sure we were happy with the sale, the container and the delivery. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. - 3/22/2024
