Refrigerated Containers
Refrigerated Containers are similar to regular Dry Containers however they have a refrigeration unit attached to keep the customer’s product cool/frozen at a certain temperature and have a raised “T” floor. Refrigerated Containers are most commonly used for temperature sensitive products. Ranging from temperatures between 77 F and -18 F (27C and -28C). These units are built for the humid interior environment with features that include being fully insulated, interior lining consisting of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), aluminum and/or stainless steel, raised aluminum T-Bar floor. This special flooring allows for proper air circulation around perishable cargo as well as proper drainage of condensation and wash-down water through the floor drains.
Refrigerated Containers may be provided with either electrical or diesel powered refrigeration machinery.
20′ Refrigerated Unit
Our refrigerated units are equipped with either Carrier or Thermo-King electric refrigeration machinery. They are manufactured to run on 460V 3-phase power. If you are using a 208V/230V power source, a dedicated 50 amp circuit is required. If you are using a 460V power source, a dedicated 25 amp circuit is required. The refrigeration machine is capable of maintaining temperatures below 0 degrees F (depending on your product) and up to 75 degrees F. It has lockable double doors on one end as well as durable t-rail flooring. The floor is rated for fork lift and pallet jack traffic. The 20ft refrigerated containers are utilized for ground level cold storage purposes. They will take up approximately one standard parking space. Refrigerated units can be delivered to your site either directly onto the ground for ground level cold storage or mounted on a container chassis which allows for more portability. They can also be provided with a diesel genset (generator) which eliminates the need for site electricity to power the unit with.

The refrigeration machine is capable of maintaining temperatures from -20 degrees F (depending on your product) and up to 75 degrees F. It has lockable double doors on one end as well as durable t-rail flooring. The floor is rated for fork lift and pallet jack traffic. Refrigerated units can be delivered to your site either directly onto the ground for ground level cold storage or mounted on a container chassis which allows for more portability. They can also be provided with a diesel genset (generator) which eliminates the need for site electricity to power the unit with.

Our 53’ refrigerated units are equipped with either Carrier or Thermo-King diesel powered refrigeration machinery. The refrigeration machine is capable of maintaining temperatures below 0 degrees F (depending on your product) and up to 75 degrees F. It has lockable double doors on one end as well as durable t-rail flooring. The floor is rated for fork lift and pallet jack traffic. The Diesel powered refrigerated units are perfect for operating in OFF GRID areas without adequate power sources.
