On-Site Storage FAQs

Q: Are storage units dust / rodent proof?

A: Generally, traditional mini storage units with roll-up doors are not. We recommend covering belongings with sheets to keep them free of dust, as well as using D-Con in the unlikely event a mouse or other rodent finds its way into your unit. Storage containers are dust and rodent proof, and are much more secure. Keep in mind that it is possible to carry a rodent into your unit that has found its way into your belongings, depending where and how long they may have been stored elsewhere.

Q: Is there electricity in storage units?

A: No

Q: When is the rent due?

A: On the tenth of every month.

Q: How much notice do I have to give to move out?
